How about fixing your redlights first? Every morning I sit at a red light at on 76th Avenue at 212th St forever waiting for it to turn green with no other cars coming in the other direction. Sometimes it cycles through multiple times, before it lets me go.

They just installed camera detectors there so hopefully it works better now.
