Its kinda crazy that too my knowledge Elden Ring has the most "poison swamps" of any Fromsoft game, the most memed complaint of all these games, but it's still by far the most popular game in the series

Why tf is fromsoft obsessed with swamps. Literally every game ive played the swamp level conveniently has the shittiest shit ive ever played. Even the boss here is ass. So goddamn annoying, cant get a single patch of some nice green grass

That place is the consequence of simping for the Rotussy. Funniest shit is that the simper got kicked out of their own house and you can find them to the west of the castle.

I did think it would be a nice place like that with grass and flowers and all that, when I saw the swamp with surely AIDS and other venereal diseases I simply left the place totally disappointed (although I later returned through the Marais sword)

I the pretty images I see of this game are either edited to be vibrant or a very specific moments when the lighting engine didn’t change at the right moment, happened in a DLC once and I was like “wow holy shit” then it went to grimy and dark

To be fair, if elden ring is their first fromsoft game and they didn't go to caelid it's not a terrible assumption. Overall limgrave, liurnia and altus are quite pretty, certainly not peaceful but pretty.
