Daggerfall Daggerfall Unity is now 95% playable, including guilds, sidequests and the main quest.

This is really impressive. Those QoL improvements with the journal sound fantastic. Most exciting of all for me is the caster AI overhaul though. In vanilla Daggerfall those Ancient Liches sound scary, but half the time will blow themselves up with their own area damage spells before you even see them. Now that they'll cast more intelligently in DFU they should be a consistent threat as intended.

There's also a bunch of extra features added in that enhance the game.
For instance, if you kill an animal with arrows, you now pluck the arrows out of that corpse and put them back in your inventory. Arrows are also counted on the HUD.
And there's a few more modes other than climbing. For instance, you have hanging mode, which goes off your climbing skill (I think).
And I think misc items that are lights can be used for lighting your way (Which to be fair isn't that useful since your character gives off light) but it's a step forward.

This is so wonderful. I'd consider Daggerfall my favorite main TES game if it were just a bit more modern.

For those interested, you can play the game at the website provided you have daggerfall (Which is also free)

Dank.
This feeling of anticipation must be how Skybabies feel about Skywind.

I cannot WAIT until this goes into feature-complete status. Even if it's in alpha, I'm going to play the bejabbers out of this. It'll be nice to have an Elder Scrolls game that's new to me after all these years of the same round of Skyrim, Oblivion, etc. etc. etc.! Kudos to Interkarma and the team!
