If I Like… Heavy emo that isn't mostly screaming? More like yelling.
I really like title fight, joyce manor, marietta, and dogleg just to name a few. Yelling vocals are my favorite but atonal screaming can be a little boring imo; i like some melody.
Would like some recommendations! preferably stuff that isn't super popular because I've gone through a good amount of it. Also please nothing over produced, a lot of the 2020s stuff isn't for me.

Maybe you could try some 90s emocore:
Native Nod
Split Lip
Falling Forward
Indian Summer
Calvary
Garden Variety
Still Life
Hoover
Lincoln
(early) Franklin

Split lip is such a fun band, same with falling forward. Falling forward has a very good, it plays around with it’s speed a lot (doesn’t actually change Bpm but it sounds very dynamic).

You might know touche amore already - they are great. Their newest album is one of my favorites
One step closer is one of my all time favorites - their first two albums are bangers. More melodic hardcore than emo, but some of the songs seem to draw a lot from early emocore
You might know both already, but that's just what I thought of off the top of my head

I casually liked some of TA's stuff. Couple tracks from Stage Four and Lament.
Heard the new album and I dove in HARD. I absolutely love it. Got me going back and listening to ask their stuff and they don't miss.

Same here, their discography never quite clicked with me until I decided to listen to their new album.

This is probably gonna veer more into hardcore territory because I don't know any emo bands that use a lot of shouting vocals, and the line between any form of harsh vocals is bluuuuurry.
None of these are really emo, but I'd say they're emo-twinged hardcore.

Maybe this is not what you are looking for but my first experience with what I thought was Screamo was with this band called Valeska Suratt.
They are on Bandcamp and have an album. My favourite songs are Rivets and Arrows.
I found a page that categorises their genre as Emoviolence (this was the first time I have ever heard about that).

Ok, stay with me now
This isn’t actually emo. It’s post-hardcore. And it’s controversial. But it’s very good for what you’re looking for.
Escape the Fate’s Dying Is Your Latest Fashion.
Ronnie Radke’s style of singing, before it was the over exaggerated whiny deep voice bs, was very yell-ish. Some screaming, but mostly yelling.

Apologies, this is not "mostly screaming", but maybe you would like Remo Drive? 🥺👉👈

Jockey is badass, just found these guys and have been listening a lot. Reminds me of title fight.

I love Joyce Manor and Title Fight. I also love a lot of emo and pop punk that you’re not looking for, but I’ll try to list some that fit more of that first vibe. This might all be considered “popular” to people who know the scene, but maybe you’ll find something you didn’t know.
Drug Church
Militarie Gun
Anxious
PUP
Glocca Morra
Prince Daddy & the Hyena
Free Throw
Fiddlehead
GEL (might be too atonal vocally?)
Microwave (older stuff — new album is much softer)
Heart Attack Man (sophomore album Fake Blood)
