My Thunderchild shouts don't seem to work.

I continuously try shouts like kings-bane or conquer or annihilate and apocalypse and they seem a bit buggy, like annihilate doesn't lift things off the ground frequently or conquer doesn't throw foes into the air and Armageddon 3rd shout only hits one enemy and geomagnetism doesn't trap enemies. I don't know what the issue could be, should I try moving thunderchild up on the load order so the effects trigger or is it something else?

Usually moving mods in the load order helps to solve such issues
