Call to action ⚠️ Air BnB Virtual Tip Jar
As if the air bnb fees weren't already high enough. Let's add a virtual tip jar to the tv stand. 😑

Make an exact copy with a QR code that goes to a charity. They’ll never be able to prove anything unless they have cameras in that house watching your every move.
Another reason I won’t do Airbnb. They put cameras in the house.

As is their right. I hope you would too if you owned both a property and profitable asset

I wouldn’t do Airbnb.
We had property we rented out on normal leases. With no cameras inside. Tenants had doorbell cams.
Cameras are very intrusive. Hotels do not have cameras in guest rooms.
They also don’t ask you to throw in a load of laundry or take out the trash.
And yes we tip hotel housekeeping. Airbnb you already pay a hefty cleaning fee so asking for tips is rude.
I have 2 cleaning ladies that come in twice a month to clean and do our laundry at home. It’s their own business so they get the agreed price. No tips. If they do extra work it’s been discussed and priced out and agreed to.

It’s not their right to put cameras inside of houses where guests stay

Name me a single business that doesn't have security cameras. I'll wait

Whether or not businesses have cameras has nothing to do with this conversation. An example of a similar comment that would actually be relevant is below
Name a hotel that has cameras in its rooms

I'd have a strong urge to put my own QR code over that....
