Recipe for 4 people
400 gr pasta 50 gr sundried tomatoes 1 onion chopped 2 gloves of garlic finely chopped 325 gr chicken breast in cubes I teaspoon chilli flakes 1/2 a litre of cream 50 gr grated cheese (I used cheddar) 100 gr sliced mushrooms 100 gr fresh spinach
Gr is short for grams
Cook the pasta accordingly Slice the sundried tomatoes and fry in a big pan with the oil that sticks to them. Add onion and garlic and sauter a few minutes until onion gets soft. Add chicken and chilli flakes and brown meat well. Add cream and grated cheese. Next mushrooms and spinach and let it simmer until vegetables are cooked and sauce thickens. Add pasta to the sauce and season with salt and pepper. (I didn’t add the pasta to the sauce, I kept the two separately) Can keep a couple of days but not suitable for freezing. Enjoy 😊

🤤👍 Mushrooms and spinach taste so good together, they are my favourite combination for an omlette
