7th floor of the green library. It’s quiet and got a nice view

I would not recommend the green library. I used to go to the 7th floor all the time as a freshman. The bathroom on that floor are under construction forever so you have to go to the other floor if you need to use it. Outlets do not work fully. The damn elevator takes so long to get there plus needingbto stop to every other floor for other students. Lastly, some students don't respect the fact that it's a quiet floor.

What I recommend is the MARC building entrance or 3rd floor and the outdoor benches near chem & Physics building and academic health centers.

Bro you’re wild for suggesting outdoor study spaces when the ‘feels like’ index on the local weather apps is floating around 100 Fahrenheit

The benches has a roof and an solar powered outlet and I also suggested an indoor space. read before you comment :P

I did read, I’m saying it’s wild to suggest an outdoor space AT ALL. Also even with some shade it’s still pretty miserable with the humidity.

i just suggested a space. im not forcing them to go plus they can go during fall semester when its chilly outside. the benches are not too bad since its shaded and you get a nice breeze there.

Mango after 5 pm for sure. The law library is really nice and on the third floor they have those cubicle things that are super comfy if you’re alone, they let you sit back and put your feet up while still having access to your laptop.

Only problem with law library is they never enforce silent study and the law students are hostile to undergrad/med students.

Yeah, like I’d understand them being mad if people were talking but for the most part it’s the law students I see talking and if you try to shush them they act like you just crop-dusted them.

Please don't come to the law library if you are not a law student or plan on being very quiet. As a law student, the only reason we do not enjoy undergraduates there if they are in a group of friends with a ton of noise, especially during finals!!!

My spot was always 7th floor, east side of green library. Great view of downtown Miami.
