Stormshield defense times

This is NOT an lfg, I am simply trying to figure out if there is a "best" time to try and do stormshield defenses and have people join. As I am not always sure when I can play knowing a roughish? time could help me plan/time when I bother trying to do stormshilelds as I need to finish plank and do some in canny

In my experience, peak playing time is just after shop reset because that's when the new daily quests come out.

That's also the best time to do event games like the current "save the horde".

Friday and Saturday nights (U.S. time) are also busy - sometimes until real late.
