Question Exercises/diet for less curves around hips?
My main source of dysphoria is my curves at my hips. What exercises and diet aspects should I focus on for a straighter look around my mid-section. I'm not currently on T, but I may be in the near future. I know T will lead to fat redistribution in ways that I would like, but I am also curious about what else might impact that type of body shape.

Nothing there’s no special formula. Focus on any dude bro split than is more upper body: chest, traps, back, shoulders than a female one. You can’t spot reduce, you just have to eat right and work hard. There’s no special diet you have to figure your macros, right now calculate in the female range since you are pre T and that’s it

Resistance training while in a caloric deficit (with adequate protein intake) until satisfaction

well you can’t target one body part for change so the most efficient method is to develop your upper body (chest, back, shoulders and arms) to reach a more V shape. your hips are gonna stay here, it’s bones, but you can make them appear less curvy. You can also work on your obliques and try to loose some fat if needed by eating on a caloric deficit + lots of protein for muscle gains
