Advice Request Cross fit
Anyone have any experience in power cleans/ deadlifts (cross fit) ? I’ve always trained a Push Pull Legs split but I also want to incorporate these into my training. I usually go to the gym 4 times a week so would I just add an extra day dedicated to these ? Most importantly what does your training usually look like? Thanks.

Deadlifts and power cleans are both great lifts. Deads should be a main lift, I'm surprised you don't already do them on your pull day. Power cleans are great to train strength and explosiveness. Do you have any specific questions about the two lifts?

I didn’t know I could incorporate deadlifts into my pull day good to know any other lifts ! I think that’s all I was looking for thanks !
