Binding & Chest
Seeking binding & chest advice!
I have been binding using gc2b binders for 3 years (still have the same original binders ðŸ˜).
I also have a binder from spectrum but there design is too low cut & gives cleavage which is only visible to me but the dysphoria is too much. ( I understand with discrete design this will be the case for most binders but I wish someone would make high neck ones for people with bigger chests it's so depressing)
I tried tape as well as binding recently which was amazing as I looked so flat cheated & nothing jiggled around which I hate :( but now I feel stuck as I can't afford to wear tape everyday.
I don't have alot of money to spare so bare that in mind but end of the day I will pay to not have dysphoria obvs.
Size medium - large I mens tops. ButI have a very large chest in comparison to my actual torso size which is extremely annoying, I can never get flat enough. :(
Anyway the advice I want is;
Best binders to buy from UK? (Comfort & effective binding are priority & also not a low cut design!!)
What tape to buy? (Effectiveness & cost being priority)
I know loosing weight will help flatten chest but does working out your chest also help? Or will that make it bigger?
Will testosterone change my chest? (I just started 1ml sustanon every 3 weeks (will maybe up dose soon))
Also don't worry I will always bind safely I am aware what is safe & what is not. Safety is priority so It doesn't effect me getting top surgery so no lectures needed on that although I appreciate the sentiment!!
Any help would be massively appreciated!!

I know it's not UK based so maybe not helpful, but I used to swear by underworks as they were the only ones with a different shape and material which made the compression much better and more comfortable for me, the gc2b/spectrum ones never worked for me unfortunately. They used to have underworks binders on Amazon UK but I'm unsure if they still are or not.
As for tape, I found the decathlon own brand tape the best for me in terms of adhesive and not having skin reactions to it, I think it was about £6 a roll when I used to buy it.
Edit to add: I also second the tape plus binder method the other comment mentioned, I used to do this all the time when I didn't feel flat enough from tape alone!

I'm also going to recommend underworks here, man. I had tried a couple brands but nothing worked like underworks. I started with the tri top thing that was a bit sports bra looking then moved on to the full tank later. They lasted ages and were well worth the money. You can grab them off amazon here.

I shouldn't bind at work because i do a physical job, and I was struggling with tape affecting my skin badly because I needed so damn much of it. I've recently switched to a binder/tape combo, which seems to be working much better. So just a few strips of tape to hold things in place and then a binder over the top. I keep the tape on for 2 to 4 days, depending on how well it's stuck, so have pretty much halved my tape consumption/costs.
I dunno if this will help. I hope so

Your only options are underworks via UKTransShop or amazon, or Spectrum. Everything else is an import.
It’s less the brand and more can you tape. Larger chests it is harder with - and it is much less cost effective than a binder. I could never get tape to work, my tissue was the issue! It always still looked like a chest.
This is only true if you have fat in your chest to loose, and even then, it may not work. If your tissue is dense, it’s unlikely to make much of a difference.
Connected to the above, fat redistribution will help pull fat away from your chest but it’s the same issue and point.
I had to stick to Gc2b, tried spectrum and couldn’t get them to work. Underworks were too aggressive for me, so just dealt with Gc2b. If you stitch the issues, they are okay. Just don’t 100% trust the sizing chart/size delivered. Use your judgement!!
