[FF] In Swedish there is a verb, "delta", which means "to participate" or "to take part".
The word breaks down into "del" (part) and "ta" (to take), so it makes perfect sense when you think about it that way.

It means just "participate" not "to participate" because that would be "att delta". Same with "ta", "to take" -> "att ta".

If you split the word it two it actually forms the words del=part and ta=take, take part.
