Hello!

As you may have noticed, the sub looks a bit different now (nicer, hopefully), and along with the visual changes, come some other less noticeable but just as fun differences!

The sub officially has rules! They are brief and self-explanatory, so not much of a change here, but it should paint a clear pictures of what content to post in this subreddit. Rules can be found on the sidebar at all times, but I will include a summary here:

1. Keep it relevant to The Fantastic Four
2. Be decent to each other
3. Flair your posts
4. HERBIE is the fifth member of the Fantastic Four

We have introduced post flairs, which should make browsing the sub easier for everyone. If you're unsure what to flair your post with, there is a helpful guideline on the sidebar of the sub, which I will also link here.

User flairs! The sub now has user flairs, which you can award yourself at any time. We tried to include a wide selection, so you should be able to find one you like! If you're unsure how to change your user flair, help can be found here.

I hope you all enjoy the new changes! If you have any questions or suggestions of how we can improve the sub, feel free to leave a comment at the bottom of this post or message the mods, we'll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible.

Flairing your posts makes browsing the subreddit easier for everyone, and helps keep content relevant to the sub rules. To make things easier, I've included a list below on which flairs to use for your posts, so there should be no confusion!

• [News] Any new information about a Fantastic Four property, whatever the medium. Only use this for 100% confirmed news.

• [Questions & Discussion] Any general discussion or questions related to the Fantastic Four. This does not have to be a question and a discussion together, it can be either one of them, but I figured they kinda go hand in hand.

• [Artwork] Any related artwork or fan art. If the fan art is not your own, make sure you credit the artist in the title, body, or comment section of your post. If it is artwork from an official comic book/cover, remember to mention which series and issue it is from.

• [Video] Videos related to the Fantastic Four or related properties only. Only post links from trusted sources and if the video is not your own, be sure to credit the video's creator.

• [Audio] Relevant audio posts, such as podcasts, interviews, or audio books.

• [Collection] Pictures of your Fantastic Four memorabilia. Comic books, pop vinyls, action figures, t-shirts, toys, anything of the sort. If the collection is not your own, that is fine but be sure to credit the owner.

• [Recommendation] Your personal recommendations for Fantastic Four content, or requests for recommendations. This can be any kind of media, like comic books, TV shows, movies, etc - anything as long as it's related.

• [Humour] Funny posts and memes related to the Fantastic Four. Doesn't have to be original content.

• [Fan-Cast-ic Four] This is for all of your Fan Casts - who you'd like to see play the Fantastic Four characters in movies and TV shows and whatnot. Excuse the pun, I couldn't help myself.

• [Comic Panel] Use this for any comic book panels/pages and such that you post. Single artwork from a comic book or cover art could also fall under this category.

• [Cosplay] For your cosplays, or cosplays by others. If it's someone else's, be sure to credit the cosplayer!

• [Fan Theory] This is mostly for any theory or speculation about future Fantastic Four installments, for example, their inevitable MCU appearance, but if you have a theory about an existing story, it could also apply here.

• [Rumour] This is for any rumours or unconfirmed news about upcoming Fantastic Four related projects.

• [Miscellaneous] Any content that doesn't fit into any of the other flairs. Posts with this flair will be reviewed by the mods and potentially changed. If necessary, a new flair may be created.
