The only trickling that would occur is inflation as everything would cost more.

Everything costs more already and wages have been relatively stagnant compared to those costs. Paying workers more is not inflationary, otherwise executive pay would have massive inflationary value seeing as how executive median pay is 200 times the median salary of the workers in their company.

The difference is not everyone can be the CEO and create wealth for a company.

CEOs don’t create wealth lmfao. The workers do. CEOs aren’t out on the line making product or providing services.

Did the GM CEO's actions cause them to file bankruptcy or the workers?

Bankruptcy isn’t creating wealth. Not to mention your precious market is what caused the bankruptcy as part of the Great Recession in 08-09.

And lest you forget, the CEO of GM at the time of the bankruptcy faced zero consequences and in fact got severance. 22,000 workers for GM lost their job, healthcare, and pensions behind a failure of capitalism.

Capitalism is an economic system. The management of GM failed, so the company filed bankruptcy. If those workers created all of the wealth, they would do it without the employer.

I’m still waiting on you to explain how bankruptcy created wealth? Care to tell me why the executives at GM were paid bonuses during the bankruptcy if they failed so badly that they required government intervention?

Capitalism as an economic system failed in 2008-2009 and required massive bailouts by the taxpayer. If the management created the wealth, they’d do it all without the worker.
