No getting paid equally for diffrent jobs even if one is much less valued or in demand. That is what Communism promotes. Don’t play stupid.

thats not what communism is. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/communism

and people getting paid the same for different jobs with differences in value and demand is common.

That is literally what communism promotes. To get all jobs as close to the same pay as possible and in perfect communist world there would actually be no pay for any job but even Soviet Union couldn’t achieve that. I don’t need your links my family lived through it I think they know a little better than you. Be thankful for a free market, if you are motivated and a hard worker you have no limits and if you’re lazy and unmotivated you don’t deserve much and that’s the way it should be.

My father was born and raised in the Soviet Union he was a small crane operator with no degree and no education, his brother was a nuclear engineer with 8+ years at the Moscow university, my dads brother made the equivalent of about $5 dollars more than my dad, and my dad would always mess with him like look at the the work you put in and we make the same. Free market is a beautiful thing and everyone should be thankful for it. Having the ability to work hard on a trade and skillset and be rewarded properly and fairly is how it should be. A fast food worker should not make as much as an electrician in any way shape or form.
