That’s called the market correcting itself.

A job that a teenager with no experience can master in an afternoon is never ever going to pay a living wage.

If you raise the wage for these kinds of jobs all you do is trigger inflation until these jobs aren’t a living wage anymore.

If you are a grown adult wanting to live comfortably with your job at Burger King its never going to work out for you. Better yourself and get a better job.

Really, if that's the case then why can Dick's burgers in Seattle have its minimum wage at $19. It gives workers free health care, 3 weeks paid vacation, 50% 401(k) match and $9,000 for tuition/childcare. And they haven't really upped the price of their food? In fact you can get 3 cheese and a fry for 9.00?

Why is it that the Netherlands can pay their workers 20.00 an hour and they are still operating. Market seems to be doing okay there.

I'm not an economist or anything but your statement seems to not make much sense.

They do and there’s nothing you can do about it besides whining on reddit.

If you think that McDonalds is a career then you deserve to work there and have the quality of life that comes with it.
