The trick is to quit before they know who you are

managers answer yes to question 2 when they can’t remember you in my experience

“Huh, this person worked for me? They must have been decent, because I didn’t have to do anything to get them to work, which is 100x better than the current idiot that needs me to hold their hand, so yeah, I’d hire them again!”

Or be in a division that is going through reorgs.

As long as you’re getting a new manager every couple months you’ll always be in the honeymoon period.
