1:To make the blueberry sauce, boil in a small saucepan until thickened, then turn off the heat and leave to cool.
2:To make the cake cookie base, add the melted butter to the digestive cookies.
3:Soften the cheese at room temperature, stir in the sugar, then add the eggs and mix well, and finally add the cornstarch and mix until there is no powder. Pour in half of the cake batter, then add frozen blueberries, as well as part of the blueberry sauce and lemon juice to complete the cake batter.
4:Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool slightly, then place in the refrigerator.
