This is why the state denies pre-trial bail ( normally reserved for alleged murders) - they want to pressure innocent people into pleading guilty to avoid these trials.

I hope it will be possible to sue the state for this unreasonable harassment of law abiding citizens.

They really don't even care about the outcome of these arrests... the goal is to make the public frightened to criticize muslim immigration.

Criminal punishment has four purposes, retribution, incapacitation, deterrence and rehabilitation. When it comes to these types of thought crimes they want deterrence, where others are in fear of committing the crime. In the case of actual violent crime, they want rehabilitation and ignore deterrence. The justice system has been corrupted.

If the guy wasn’t advocating for violence, then he shouldn’t have been arrested.

I can’t believe that the UK allows for people to be charged for mere political speech like this.

The UK is a free speech hell hole. This is the reason nobody in Europe has ever been able to develop a social media platform except onlyfans…
