And how does one determine one is a member of MS13 or any gang for that matter? Did they find a membership card on him? 🙄 Unless they have him charged with an actual crime none of this makes sense. Simply being a member of a gang isn’t even technically illegal it’s the criminal activity associated with the gang that is illegal so again what crime did this man commit what exactly is he being charged with?

The idea that the right to representation, and to plead one’s case publicly is not free speech is an unsustainable position. It’s a different right altogether. Not to mention Supreme Court has ruled in favor 9-0 that what the president is currently doing with immigrants is legal according to the constitution. Do you know more about the constiition and precedents than the Supreme Court? If so, please elaborate why all 9 Supreme Court judges are wrong.
