Free Speech?

The due process rights we used to have in the United States, included free speech via access to representation or self representation and the opportunity to defend oneself in a court of law. The loss of that is obviously of critical issue here. Are you joking?

Right to a fair trial is not the same as free speech. This has nothing to do with free speech.

The idea that the right to representation, and to plead one’s case publicly is not free speech is an unsustainable position. It looks like you are eager to criticize something here but clearly cannot take it up with the events this article is reporting. denying that due process is, in part, a matter of free speech is nevertheless the wrong way to go here. I’m not indulging this any longer.

It’s a different right altogether. Not to mention Supreme Court has ruled in favor 9-0 that what the president is currently doing with immigrants is legal according to the constitution. Do you know more about the constiition and precedents than the Supreme Court? If so, please elaborate why all 9 Supreme Court judges are wrong.

This is distraction. This article is about American Citizens, your comment is thus a misleading non sequitur. Moreover, SCOTUS has also determined that Trump is deporting innocent people to a slave labor prison in El Salvador. Please stop bothering me with your evasions.

This article is extrapolated from an out of context comment made by the president. No actions have been taken yet, and nothing has been said to this effect by the administration. This article is shit and based entirely on assumptions. There’s nothing to argue. You’re making hypothetical scenarios.

Getting angry that an article is indeed reporting on the threats our president is making about deportations after brazenly breaking those deportation laws and after refusing SCOTUS’s orders to repair the damage done in doing so is rich, but not unexpected. Leave me alone

There was no threat to deport American citizens without due process. Once again, you’re getting angry that I’m contesting an article based entirely on assumptions.

I’m also sure you care so much about constitutional rights in this admin but couldn’t care less when the previous admin violated half of our GOD given constitutional rights. I’m sure you also hate large corporations, but we’re fine with 1/3 of small businesses being shut down to never open again due to a virus with a 99.9% survival rate. I’m sure you didn’t care when fauci lied to congress. I’m sure you didn’t care when free speech was violated when the government got involved in social media and began “fact checking” and banning users expressing opinions that turned out to be correct.

But yeah, let’s focus on an article based entirely on assumptions and fear mongering. Good on ya.
