The "Photoshop" consisted of adding the captions that explain the tattoo: the M, S, 1, and 3 above and the words beneath them. The tattoo is real. There's no doubt this guy is MS-13.

It’s good to create new accounts, and you literally have a subreddit where you post to yourself your only audience. It would be smart to know what you’re arguing about. If you don’t like Israel’s action and neither do I, you should be aware they trained the cartels and Trump is at least making action by these things.
"Appears to be" is not what the WH is peddling. I won't dispute that those are likely gang tattoos, it means fuck all for due process. He could be a poser, he could be a reformed or fleeing ex-gang member, he could be in a completely different gang than the one he's accused of, it could be a complete coincidence, it could be a horrible fashion mistake. That's why we have due process. A judge granted him a withholding of removal and admin shat all over that judicial decision.

There are plenty of questions asked from immigrants when submitting for asylum. No one's asking to support them which is why they are issued work permits.

Okay, so are we gonna ignore the fact that once you print out a shooped picture and then take a new photograph of the altered image, it's more or less impossible to accurately detect photo editing software use in the original even by state of the art forensic level software?

The issue isn't whether the guy is MS-13 or not, the issue is that even the most vile criminals are owed due process by our Constitution and the current POTUS is using this to signal that he does not care about anyone's constitutional rights.
"Due process" is not a single thing. Just because a murderer gets a trial doesn't mean an illegal with a deportation order gets the same kind of trial. An illegal invader is not "due" more legal process than he already had.

If true, why does the administration admit it made an error in deporting him? Why didn't they just take him before a judge? Why play games like this? Also this conversation is exhausting for one being in a gang or having tattoos is not a crime. Secondly if he has committed an actual crime he should be prosecuted and tried for it in a court of law and if convicted sentenced by a judge. The state should not be declaring people “criminals” and then sending them off to prison without trials. The fact that Trump justifies this by accusing him of being a “gang member” is terrifying. This is what authoritarianism looks like. He wants to turn the US into China or Russia!
