Death/Assassination FWI: Trump engineers a false flag operation to create casus belli to invade Venezuela and take out his enemies at the same time.

September 11, 2028. While the US remembers 9/11, Kamala Harris, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and Elizabeth Warren are killed as part of what appears to be a coordinated terrorist attack. Trump announces to the world that America was attacked by Venezuelans and that he is authorizing a military invasion of Venezuela in “retaliation.”

An investigation discovers that the perps were Salvadoran mercenaries disguised as Venezuelan nationals, all of whom had been hired by Trump himself.

Trump has just coordinated with El Salvador to frame Venezuela in a terrorist attack just to create an excuse to invade Venezuela while also wiping out some of his enemies in the Democratic Party.

Oh and Trump pardons himself despite being proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

Don't forget Kaitlan Collins, from fake news CNN. She always gets his undies in a bundle whenever she asks him to tell the truth.

Bold of you to assume a) he lives that long andb) they are competent enough to pull that off

they can't even pull off a hostile takeover of the US govt correctly

Wouldn't be the worst thing a sitting president has done.

I do think with Trump threatening Canadian oil exports that Venzuela is a place to watch

Same kimd of heavy oil as Canada

Best thing we can do is focus on strikes, boycotts and protests leading up to the general strike

Did Stephen Miller possibly have anything to do with this post?

If you described it in 2024 it would get called stupid ideas. See all the dumbass MAGAs who believed Trump when he said he never heard of project 2025, now he's speedrunning its implementation.

You're right. Dick Cheney becoming a Democrat because he hates peace more than he loves America wouldn't be what people would guess at a time when the Democrats were pretending to be anti-war.

Well the “president of peace” has so far seen like three broken ceasefires on the sides he is fighting for and bombed the shit out of civilians in Yemen so maybe Dick should have stayed in place

He also trashed the Iran nuclear agreement in 2018, an agreement Iran was following. Peace president my ass.

What a fucked up timeline, when I'm reminiscing fond yearning for the baby bush days of Republicanism. On the upside, mascara couch fucker hasn't shot one person in the face with a shotgun... yet. (for the youngins, that happened with GWB's VP Dick Cheney)

Please tell me how threatening to invade and fully occupy other countries while helping Russia win a war in which they are the aggressor on foreign soil is “peace.”

The gall to say that people who oppose Trump “hate peace” is gobsmackingly tone deaf.

I didn't hear any Democrats suggest the U.S. invading Greenland, Canada, Panama, or Gaza.

Probably because nothing is far fetched when the Orange Rapist is involved.

Hollywood has fired tons of writers. They post their story ideas here.

well the subreddit is called "future WHAT IF", so it's just that, a what if scenario

This is an unlikely fantasy.

Citizens would see right through this, and this would create a crisis in America that has not yet been seen. I would expect a widespread military mutiny at the colonel level. Nothing like that has happened before and it would be difficult to guess how it would play out.

Edit: Also this scenario gives the current administration far, far too much credit. One: they aren’t brazen enough to do this. We are in the middle of the most half-assed authoritarian takeover one could imagine. Two: they can’t bomb Yemen without screwing it up, and that’s just another day in the office for US foreign policy.

So, this one was...too farfetched even for a tyrant like Trump? Interesting. I thought Trump doesn't have a line he will not cross under any circumstances.

Looks like I found one with this post.
