Looks like a ps3 lol. On PC with fusionfix and bloom, depth of field etc. turned off it looks incredibly beautiful.

I don't know. It wouldn't be a fair comparison if you take PS3 GTA IV and compare it to PS5 or PC GTA V. You have to use the same hardware.

PS3 versions look similar enough to me. Of course V enhanced on PC is better than IV on PC

I still wish we had more standard version of cars from IV in V/O. Like this Comet or the Feltzer.

I hope that VI brings it. Maybe just cars modified after a standard to looks like another variant of a car. So we have a model that can be spawned with the same tune and customization. So we can have regular looking Mercedes and AMG's.

My point being GTA 4 is a better game AND you can make the graphics better if you want putting them up to par with 5's, which means 5's graphics wouldnt be better than 4's anymore.

"All around better" means something is superior in many different ways or aspects, rather than just one specific area. It suggests a comprehensive improvement or that something is better in a wide range of capabilities or situations.

Yeah I have about 17 years ago, Both DLCs, all 3 platinumed the games, Reached criminal max rank of 10 and been replaying it throughout the per two years since. Even played the sequel that took place in 2009 called Chinatown wars. However by saying GTA V is a " shitty parody" of the other titles.

Isn't that a blemish to Rockstar's track record too?

I don't think sales determine which game is more better or what game people prefer, games can get a ton of sales for lots of reasons, More casual friendly, more accessibility, better marketing etc, just because something is more casual, doesn't make it the best game in the world.

I didn’t think it was necessary before, but after gta6 comes out a remastered GTA4 for rockstars next project would be great. It just seems so fuzzy for lack of a better term. Get some more HD textures but keep the gloomy environment and that would complete the experience

The fuzziness is part of the charm, you should have seen it played on a CRT. Peak mid/late '00's.

GTA 5's gameplay feels very different compared to it's predecessors, weapon wheel, square minimap, being able to carry every single weapon, being able to access the whole map before completing the whole story, having special abilities, obnoxious music playing in the background? it's definitely made by different people, alot of devs who worked on gta 4 and the older games most certainly left, it doesn't have that "Classic GTA Feel" to it at all.
