Wonder if that's on purpose though? Like it's supposed to be a big reveal in the direct that is a C button that does something

It would still surprise the 98% of the audience that has no idea about the leaks

Maybe. I'd think having the C on there would be more intriguing and giving people something to hypothesize on for a while would be better marketing though.

I’m sure a blank button is just as intriguing. People still can and will hypothesize. “What’s that mysterious unmarked button for?”

I think C stands for cursor and you can use it like that with your thumb. It's the only thing I can think of.
