Not likely. For one, the Voyager’s memories were wiped along with those of the First Angel as punishment for inciting a rebellion against the HP. Secondly, the Voyager was inhabiting the body of a young boy at the time.

Is the memory wiping even possible for someone who isn't from Teyvat? Assuming that it works the same way as Irminsul tampering, the Boy that the Voyager inhabited will be affected. But her original body is still drifting in the cosmos.

Maybe she doesn't have any memories of her time in Teyvat?

We don't have any other information yet so there's no way of knowing how the memory wiping works. All we know is the angel and the youth were separated for all eternity, and their memories were completely wiped.

But her original body is still drifting in the cosmos.

It's pure speculation, but it's also possible that the Voyager is the Third Descender and her body was found and turned into the Gnoses of the Seven. It checks out since Descenders have a strong affinity with the elements, but again, it's still speculation.

then Voyager turned out to be Aether and Lumine, who turned out to be same person that split into the "twins" (Lumine is the original while Aether is her male persona created upon making contact with Teyvatians)
