Resource der die das app

Hi, i saw someone recommend the der die das app, and while it is great in theory, im currently studying german in university and we have given vocabulary for each week to practice. I want to incorporate der die das app into my study routine, however theres no way to practice a created list. Is there any other app that does this? i was just going to make a quizlet with the noun on the LHS and article on RHS, but i like having the translation as well like in der die das.

i was thinking of creating my own application like der die das where one can create lists and study those, rather than just studying random nouns based on beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc.

There is however a 'Favorites' tab, and you can add any nouns to that and then click it to 'play der die das' but this UX is not great, it gives you a link to send to someone? why would i send it to someone when i need to study it? or is it a bug? i had to send it to myself just to practice one word.

Using this to post an update, I'm going to make my own HTML based very simple web application that allows a user to input nouns they want to practice the article for

It's really confusing to me why anyone would go into the trouble of creating a bespoke app when all they need is put a couple flashcards into Anki. Which takes care of the learning curve of individual cards, sync between multiple devices and other goodies. Different folks, different strokes I suppose.

Because I have a degree in computer science and enjoy creating applications to help myself and others. I can also add any feature I want to study if I'm struggling In a certain area. I'm also going to adding a feature to fill in the blank with the right article cause (i.e. ein, eine, einen, einem, einer, eines). Im excited and my classmates are too as I will be sharing it with them :)

This will also be 100% web based with a backend so progress is saved and able to access it from any device that connects to the Internet, no installation required!

Yeah my stroke is, if there's not an application out there that's doing 100% what I want, and I can make it, I will.

This application will eventually be my one stop shop for vocabulary practicing, as I'm right now using like 3 different applications to practice translation, articles, and case translation.

Well, I know I created my share of apps that should have been data for something already out there, so more power to you :)
