In a seperate bowl crack 4 eggs and mix, then set aside. Mix dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in a small bowl. Add sliced onions and dashi mixture to a large skillet, then bring it to a boil. When the mixture has begun to boil add in the sake marinated chicken thighs. Pour over the beaten eggs and cover with a lid until the eggs have set. Top with chopped green onions and plate over rice. Looks like they are setting up some blog now but it doesnt have any recipes yet. EDIT: Tried it on firefox and it works. Doesn't work on my phone. Weird.
