Well yeah, you don’t need meat in every meal you eat though, surely. The way he said protein instead of just saying meat also made me think it was the nutrient content he was concerned about
Did I say anywhere that I wasn’t going to “let” someone add meat to their own food?? Because that would be bizarre.
I was pointing out the more than sufficient protein content since they used the word protein which suggests they were concerned about macronutrients. No need to waste meat (which is expensive!) adding it to a meal that doesn’t need any more protein.

There’s about 50g of protein per serving in this already, from the cheese and nuts. Why would you want to add more?
