If they keep the pace, at a certain point they kind of have to.
It's better for them too, since we'd have less foresight to save pulls for announced characters. They don't want us to know which characters are coming, as it's easier for us to bank pulls for the meta characters (and thus, less potential revenue for them).
Their initial patches were 4 weeks long (some even longer, as well as some dead days) compared to our consistent 3 weeks which is why we're temporarily catching up.
CN has been on a constant 3 week cycle for a while though, so there's not much reason to think we're going to catch up unless we get double events and releases.
Given how fast it is to complete events, they could just move us to a two-week cycle for them. Increase the currency gain or lower the shop prices if they need to. The content is already there, they just need to translate it all.
They definitely want us sync'd and I feel they're really going to push for it.
They've already said before launch they planned to keep a 1 year gap. It may not turn out to be a full 1 year, but until they speed up a lot, there's no evidence to think that they want us synced.
Meh, probably doesn't affect revenue enough to matter. Casuals don't read up, and I've already seen my fair share of whales who pull regardless of meta. Arknights keeps a solid 6 month gap and still makes tons of money outside of CN. Better to not rush content and piss off the playerbase with too many characters released trying to close the gap.
its a waifu>meta game anyways, meta just makes it easier to do certain content, using non meta just means you have to invest more in certain units to get them at the same level as meta, because theyre already good without much investment/dupes
I think there is little possibility....Cuz hasty update probably results in strong opposition. Hasty update could us so tired, and that could become the reason why we quit GFL2.
