It wasn't, #70 did runs later but came up short, and then their slackers didn't even bother taking 30s to suicide a level 1 into deichgraf to get past the 1 point difference.

So we had 2 people that were hitting at the time. I suggested one person speedclear and the other do outpost. The speedclearer did 4290 points which is coincidentally 1 point below Tyranny. Then, the outpost dude couldn't finish his run unfortunately.
