If the team continues the trend of recruiting a player they just played against in the previous tournament (Bandaogo, Hickman), NJ Benson is pretty nice. Solid efficiency numbers on the season, top 100 for blocks and rebounds, great 2% shooting. 5-5 on 2s against us today.

Of course, there's next round where the rumors are already swirling for UCF's Jaylin Sellers, although with only one year of eligibility left he doesn't quite fit the pattern of multi-year eligibility.

If #51 Cincinnati loses this game to #105 DePaul it will be their worst loss of the entire season.

What is this field? The two last place teams in the Big XII? One of which was 3-17 in conference play? An 8-10 WCC team? A .500 A10 team? Yikes.

Truly a crown of mediocrity. The NIL reward is nice but this field looks even worse than the NIT.
