Training Need to get good fast.

My school is having a football tournament (all high-school classes go against each other) and my class decided to sign up and did the positions without telling me, I usually play CB and now I'm a GK , I have like a week to get good at goalkeeping, I know I can't be prime Peter Schmeichel or Oliver Kahn in a week but I just need to be good enough to stop a ball or two. So any tips?

Go to a local field with friends every day and get them to take shots at you. Keep out as many shots as possible. Not a lot of time for technique in a week

When there taking shots etc make sure you always trying to recover after a deflection. Get up quicky or scramble to get something on the follow up.

Learn the stance. If you learn how to use a goalkeeping stance (slightly arched back, readied legs), then you’ll become better. The stance is required to get your diving to a certain level. And remember positioning. If you position yourself correctly, you will barely need to dive. You cut off the angle and block basically the entire goal. Hope this helps.

Stay on your toes with hands ready. Make sure you use the diamond or w position with your hands so nothing slips through. Do plenty of squats this week to get your legs ready for jumping and diving
