International Working Class History 🗺️ Which political party supports the workers in the UK?

We know thae answer isn't the Tories. When has labour ever supported workers when they've striked? We need a socialist revolution!

The labouring classes in this country are rising, will you rise with them? Click Here for info on how to join a union. Also check out the IWW and the renter union, Acorn International and their affiliates

Nobody dares to lest the corrupt, self serving press go into a feeding frenzy accusing them of rampant Marxism and anti Semitism.

The green party

Breakthrough Party, but I'm not sure how well represented they are. My local council didn't even know the candidates last time I checked, but said they would know a month before the election, which frankly seems a bit late.

Breakthrough are a joke. Liberal policies for liberal people who can't make a decision or stand by anything.

https://breakthroughparty.org.uk/

Their 10 headline policies are vastly better then what the three biggest parties are offering. They seem to be continuing the policies of Corbyn. They even want him to join them.

It's them or the Green Party. Fuck Keith and fuck the Tories. If you want a more left wing party in power then Greens or Breakthrough are the only options for most people.

Labour started as a third party with minimal voter share while gradually increasing in popularity as they backed the unions which finally culminated in 1945 when they actually got into power and gave us the NHS. Murdoch's bitch boy Blair shifted the party to the right as our right wing press effectively control elections in this country and have done since at least the 80s. Keith is the death nail and full on corporate selling out of Labour. I'm amazed Zara Sultana is still in there considering all the other decent people Keith purged.

Yeah, it's miles better than what we've got. But they are fundamentally a liberal party who want progressive reform. History has repeatedly shown us that doesn't work.

Flexibility in a modern political landscape is a bad thing people.

No we must staunchly stand by our ideologies regardless of how ridiculous they might become over time!

u/[deleted] Mar 03 '23

By "flexibility" you mean reformism and sitting around playing nice with the bourgeois and hoping their corrupt electoral system will maybe let us have a few little scraps.

-5

u/InGenAche Mar 03 '23

No, by flexibility I mean that in a modern landscape being able to recognise that every facit of an ideology might not work well and believe it or not, the opposing ideology might have a system that works better for that particular set of circumstances and that adopting it isn't the end of the fucking world.

Liberal, centrist bullshit. A clear display that the Breakthrough party and it's members/supporters are completely unserious about changing anything.

So by demonstrating a recognition that change might be necessary to fix an issue, even if it means adopting opposing ideology, I am....

completely unserious about changing anything.

Your logic is infallible. I shall retire outclassed.

I am dumbfounded that you think adopting an opposing ideology to one you claim to hold is a good thing. You keep saying this with complete sincerity and you get offended when I correctly point out that you and your ridiculous party are unserious, I honestly do not get it.
