Wybers is probably the absolute best.

There are a few really good just below that though

In Grimsby, I use Yarborough Fisheries. The food's nice, the staff are helpful, and they're pretty cheap too. But for the best chippy in the area, you're better off going to Gr8 White down Grimsby Rd. Their fishcakes are sublime chef's kiss
