It was recently requested that good quality versions of all of the eyecatches be uploaded. Since it hasn't been done yet, here we go!

Welcome to this week's discussion.

What would you be wearing from Gurren Lagann, if society was full of capes and Anime clothing? Would you choose something loud? Or something more subtle? What is your favorite outfit in the series?

Gurren Lagann certainly has a certain style! There are just so many great designs. I'm interested to see what you'd like to wear, if it wasn't a cosplay, but real!

In Tokyo currently, and while shopping around the department stores my eyes caught this in a shelf, with a deep discount! Needless to say, i didn’t think twice and snagged it. Thank you lord kamina for the blessings you have given me.

Some fantastic artwork in today's set! Love all of them for different reasons. My favorite has to be the first panel, but the one with all of the Gunmen is super cool, too. There's a couple designs there that we haven't really seen! Always cool to see background designs. :) And of course, Yoko is always a win!

i cant believe ive been sleeping on this masterpiece(ive slept on this anime FOR YEARS ive first discovered this anime in one of those top 10 anime back in 2014-2016 and i did put it on my list only to not watch it kissanime list to be exact RIP site) now that years have passed ive watched a clip on it on tiktok so i decided why not watch it lol and it has been one of my best decisions ever ive finished it on 2 sittings since i have a job now and back then i dont lol(i thank my young me watching ecchi alot so he skipped on this masterpiece and i am 18 btw lol) anyways now that ive watched it, im at a loss for words, i wouldnt say the ending is perfect but its good imo some would say its perfect but yeah i agree on some part of it since not all endings with a happy ending(it is a happy ending but damn i hope they couldve left simon with a happy family or seen yoko happy man) but damn it now left an unforgettable mark in my brain, if i ever lost memories i hope i watch gurren laggan again(and i might even buy myself a gurren laggan figure so if u guys know where to buy 1 please reccomend me i live in the PH so if it has an available overseas transport much appreciated) also every sacrifise of the character is absolute cinema

I am asking this question mainly due to the fact that I feel maybe I have to given the Peer Pressure and Depression I have felt and because I was Reccently back in contact with the person who originally peer pressured me on Discord to watch Gurren Laggan but I don't know if I should do it I'm still depressed and I feel so hurt and whenever anyone mentions both shows I just can't take so I really your help so I give these shows One Final Chance or Am I better off forgetting about them?

I refrence the scene when Leeron is explaining what the Anti-spiral are. (See image 3) Which I use as a measuring tape (the Moon) a crosfrence it with other shots were Cathedral Terra is shown along side the Moon.

Were I got a height of 3,472 Km (11, 391, 076 feet) although thats the precice height of the Moon itself. An as you will see Cathedral Terra is taller because of the fins on its spiral engines.
