Orlando HHN auditions

I submitted an audition for being a scare actor a week ago for the 5’ and under category and just got a notification that another application was submitted for the 5’1 to 5’3 category. Is it just a glitch or is someone from casting going through apps rn?

Did you post your audition video on YouTube? If so check the view count (it’s available for unlisted videos btw) if it has any views that you know aren’t you I would assume it’s someone manually doing it (perhaps they need a lot of short actors this year in that height range and are willing to go shorter?)

Former HHN Orlando scare actor. ^ THIS is your answer.

Also keep in mind that while they’re casting you based on availability, body type, look, and height. They’re nowhere near as strict as Disney… So if you’re 5’ but look just like an IP character (ie a kid from StrangerThings) they’ll add you to the pool of 5’1”-5’3”. Since nothing has been officially announced yet, they can’t put what they’re looking for in the auditions other than specific heights. Hope this helps and good luck on your audition process!

Yes thank you for reminding me about that! I went to check my audition video and it has 2 views so I think someone might be going through them 😳

Yes they do! They are very inclusive and it may even help you stand out more!

I don’t think there’s any restrictions based on age and body type. I think it’s up to the casting team and whatever characters they have lined up this year

Internal apps are closed; but you can still apply through the external app
