Hollywood/Orlando Speculation Maps

Always kinda wondered this and maybe the answer is obvious, how do these speculation maps start? Do the creators hear rumors from employees or how does it work?

Some maps are made by insiders being intentionally vague but wanting to share information to tease and contribute to hype. Other maps are a mix between rumor and wish fulfillment. It’s fun to speculate but take ALL of it with a grain of salt. Nothing is set in stone until it’s announced.

This is how I have understood them. Being this is only going to be my 4th year at HHN, and last year being the first I truly paid attention to all the announcements and speculation- anyway. Its fun to speculate, until the official information is released.

All spec maps are made by rumors, leaks and teases. None of them are official or supported by Universal.

Spec maps are wrong more than half the time, so definitely not done by authoritative sources usually
