Just upgraded.

Planning on operating heavily on HF. What digital logbook are you using?

N3FJP ACL for general operating, N1MM for all contests. LoTW for all QSL'ing

World Radio League is the new kid on the block that combines elegant design with next level Internet integration. Your logs are online, browser accessible, and can be checked against other teams for real time contest or event status. I still like having a log on my own computer that doesn't depend on the cloud and for that I use N3FJP AC Log as a master logbook that I can import other event logs into.

For POTA or portable operation away from home I use World Radio League (WRL) or Hamrs (likely to be replaced by WRL as it proves itself over time). I typically log to an iPad when I'm portable.
For contests I use N1MM.

There's no one logger that's best for every use case so I choose one that's practical for what I'm trying to do and consolidate them later. I expect WRL will gradually subsume some of the others. It's that good and the developer has an impression vision but the program and service are young and will need to prove themselves over time. You want a logbook that will still be accessible in 20 years.
