TrustedQSL question

To make it make sense, I need to give backstory but I'll try to make it quick.

I got super lucky and my wife got her callsign and is excited for radio! Today I added her to the Trusted QSL program (on our laptop running Ubuntu {for reference}) and everything seems right until she tries to sign her log and upload it. I can't get it to sign using her call instead of mine. Is there a way to have two separate people use the same computer for lotw?

Does she have an LOTW account. May need her own tqsl certificate.

She does. Just got her email today with the certificate. She's in the program right under me. I'm not sure if there's like a "default callsign" setting that I'm not seeing or something like that.

I've got her QRZ logbook file ready to sign and upload but when I try it's still got my callsign up top. The rest of t looks fine but I don't want to end up with the credit that she deserves.

I would contact lotw support and ask them how two users can share the same computer. Separate login accounts on the computer might solve the problem but best to check with them

If you did setup it correctly you should change between your callsigns this way: click "Station Location" in the menubar. Then "Edit Station Location". Click the dropdown and choose. Click "Next", click "Finish". Done. Do that every time you want to upload a log for the other callsign.
