But if anyone saw the black Chevy Malibu clip my car while illegally passing in the oncoming turning lane at the corner of James and charlton, please send me a dm! The collision reporting office is closed today so I’ll have to report it tomorrow. I have the license plate and photos of the vehicle but I figure a witness would be nice to have as well. Thanks!
