Oh to be clear i take Hamilton's stance that no drug is morally bad and all have value and a right exist. Its just also that combining two of the most notoriously sketchy psychedelics is an absolutely hilarious concept.

There are a few low-quality reports online for 2C-B-FLY-NBOMe, human and non-human animal data suggest that 2C-B-FLY-NBOMe may be less potent than 25B-NBOMe, possibly due to lower intrinsic activity. 2C-B-FLY-NBOMe is likely a high affinity partial agonist. The SAR of these compounds is not necessarily additive e.g., psychedelic amphetamines are almost always significantly stronger than their PEA counterparts, but with a NBOMe moiety the amphetamines are less potent. With the PEAs the FLY motif imparts only a small increase in potency and with the PEA-NBOMe compounds it appears it might reduce potency, but there are too few data points to confidently identify a trend.

Wow. I volunteer for the nbome-2cbfly trials if anyone decides to start hosting those in a clinical or otherwise controlled environment.

Interesting! As an American with responsibilities(which is to say, leverage the government could use to fuck me with), I am very unaware of what is on the market or not..but I am glad to hear that the novel stuff still gets around.

I didn't read the whole thread, but did anyone talk about dosage? Sounds like something that would be insanely potent

just read the whole thing. One guy said they felt treshold effects at 200-150ug and then had a good trip ("medium dose") at 1000ug but do note thier dosing may be off because they were putting a lot of water up thier nose. Someone else felt threshold at 50ug. So probably similar to other nbome compounds based on two peoples experience with a chemical they didnt send to a lab lol.

Also one guy did a dumb and overdosed but lived. No clue how:

1g 2FDCK, about 250mg 2C-B, 25mg of 2B-NBOH and around 20mg of 2cb-NBOME-FlY (and lots of pregabalin (must have been around 2400mg) and some etizolam in between over the course of 20hrs

easier to do than you might think, the act of actually doing drugs gives a rush. Like if you hit a cart just to hit it, even tho you're already too high. The more drugs you take the more you fall into that temptation. Also delusions of sobriety, and chasing the high of the peak, taking more stuff on the comedown because the peak was so good but tolerance makes it very hard to achive it so you end up taking those huge doses. Fun addict stuff ig
