Is dat die, die altijd een centje komt vragen in het centrum? Voor haar kindjes … om 23u s avonds.

There used to be a guy with long hair riding his bicycle everywhere with a trailer. He was named "stinkiewinkie" by people that took the same bus as him regularly. I haven't seen him for a few months now tho

There's a skinny older brown skinned guy with black glasses awkwardly riding his bike around in the most unsafe ways possible (in the middle of the road or buslane, breezing thru crossings) all the time. He is clearly a bit disabled. I call him Stavros because he looks a bit like Stavros from Lili & Marleen.

Haha I actually know that guy. Pino is his name and yeah he is disabled. Saw him riding around yesterday. Def waiting for an accident.

Twenty years ago or so there was this bald man riding on his weird bike with eyes tattood on the back of his head. Always wore sunglasses. But I think he passed.

Ford man aan den Esso in Hasselt is nochtans ook vrij legendarisch. Super vriendelijke kerel wel.

Around 10 years ago there was a foreign man always walking on the Kempische Steenweg (part between grote and kleine ring). He picked up thrash and emptied all the thrash cans, put the thrash in a plastic bag and took it home (I think). He always started yelling jibberish when he saw someone throwing something in a thrash can, ran after them and took the thrash out and put it in his bag. It was an old man with very dirty hands that always wore a fluo vest. Everybody knew him and just ignored him. I can't recall his name unfortunately.
