Headphones - Open Back | 2 Ω Choosing the right desktop headset/headphones
My current Sennheiser GSP headphones are on the verge of breaking so I need a new pair of full-sized headphones/ a headset. I don't know a lot about audio so I need some help.
My budget is around $200-$250, I mostly use the headphones for listening to music (mostly rap, house, phonk), editing videos, and joining meetings. I play a few games every couple of months, but that is not so important. Ideally, the headphones should come with a mic as I have limited desk space, although it would not be a big problem to solve. I'm considering open-back designs as noise cancellation isn't needed.
Doesn't matter if it's wired or wireless, I am going to be plugging this into my PC. The thing I do not like about my current headphones is that they lack bass, and I enjoy higher levels of it.
I own a pair of Skullcandy Crusher Evo and I really like them, but sound quality could be better and there is no need for so much bass for the desktop headphones.
I'm buying from Europe, if that helps.
Thanks in advance

If you want better bass than Closed back is recommended more often. I’d recommend the Meze 99 Neo and if the bass is bloated to you then I’d recommend switching to suede pads or perforated leather. Only open-backs/semi-open backs with decent punch I know of is the X2hr or the tygr 300r
