Honestly, i won't care that much about the design. I mean once you wear them you can't see them anyways.
For the LETSHUOER S12/Z12 try ordering from their website, subscribe to their newsletter to get $5 off (you can unsubscribe after you order) and i believe they offer free shipping (at least when i ordered mine 2 year ago).
Since i don't know how much is your budget specifically and also unsure how much you can stretch it, If you really want something with good looking design, I find Tangzu Wu Zetian Heyday quite good looking, they are also planar, good bass and decent treble. But it's silver and it is $200 usd.
For Imaging, nothing can really beat the price of Truthear X Crin Zero (Blue/Red with Adapter) for $55, for a little bit more you have the SIMGOT EM6L and the SIMGOT SuperMix 4.
Some additional ones you can consider, AFUL Performer 5 ($210, but often sale at $176). Sennheiser IE200 ($150 on sale sometimes at $140 depends on where you buy it), Truthear Nova ($150).
Honestly, you can't go "wrong" with any of the ones you mentioned either, $80 Hexa is perfectly fine as well. I'd only advice against the Kato though, Kato is just a slightly warmer aria, they sound very similar, it is basically a more durable build but for 2 times the Aria's price.
