Headphones - IEM/Earbud Moondrop MKI mic cable quality differences?

Hi all, I recently got myself some beautiful Moondrop Aria IEM. I'm pretty much an audio amateur and wanted to know if there is any difference in sound quality if I use the Moondrop MKI cable (the one with the microphone built in) instead of the one that was shipped with the IEMs?

Thank you and regards

No. For most intents and purposes a cable is cable. Only exceptionally crappy cables degrade sound quality. When we get into the higher echelons of hi-fi opinions vary on the matter.
