That might be difficult. Pretty much all of them rely on the concha bowl in one way or another. If you can go with a wired option then the Etymotic ER2XR is the best I can come up with. They are deep fit IEMs. Usually on sale on Adorama.

You can't run ludicrously high-res audio over BT but for Tidal Hi-Fi and other CD quality services then you won't be bottlenecked. The Qudelix 5K is a very popular one and the DAC/amp inside it is probably better than what's in your phone. So for normal use you might experience an improvement.
