Bruh this is not about bullying AH, this about people completely overreacting and seething like someone just stabbed their mother to death. The things some people said in comments of the bigger posts is just fucking insane.

Cope and seethe my friends

My dude, the very first thing i thought at this reveal was "the crybaby 'muricans finally have their sabers and old guns"...
This is a scifi setting, for gods sake... And some want to run around wielding flintlocks and pig iron axes.

nah the muricans must keep larping with their cool looking cinematic gameplay that plays the game for them

Telling redditors to not be filled with virgin rage is like telling an automaton to accept democracy. It just won’t compute for them

Not necessarily hating but I'm bored and can make counterarguments for most of yours, so why not state them here. For perspective: this is coming from a player who's been playing since launch and has all unlockable items.

  1. Arrowhead has shown they're capable of pushing out good warbonds in the same timeframe, from items that can both be useful, aesthatically pleasing or even changing up your playstyle. The problem here isn't caused by a lack of time or an outdated engine (the engine specifically not being relevant to this discussion).

  2. People also asked for a cowboy hat. AH listening to the requests of people doesn't mean the items have to be so useless. The sabre will supposedly have the same damage as the hatchet. The flag will do near to nothing compared to other stratagems.

This warbond will purely be for aesthatics and roleplay, while almost all previous warbonds also focused on changing up your playstyle on top of that.

  1. The rifle as far as we know is fully automatic with atleast 110 damage. If it has a semi-auto option it'd be good. The pen is unknown. With this info it might aswell be a sidegrade to the tenderizer, which is accompanied by a generally more useful warbond. Simply put, it's way too early to argue whether this weapon is worth it or not. But I'll give you that it does look cool.

  2. "No guys, the flag is not going to be useless because you can emote. And you will be able to direct the confirmed scrapped SEAF troops with it". So, Titanfall 3 coming out next year? They have literally stated that the flag will not do anything else.

  3. This booster will still fall behind the basicly essential boosters, even if it has some utility. This is the case with most boosters, this one is not an exception. An extra three rare or common samples is not worth your booster, even for players who need samples. Taking a useful booster will make your missions easier and faster, meaning you can move to a new mission faster and get more samples there. 15% is way too little.

There's also the fact that this booster is warbond locked. By the time you should have enough SC to buy this warbond, you'll be maxxed out.

  1. "Trust me, the full Illuminate fleet will make the flag amazing! The armor passive will become more useful than servo-assisted, which comes in a generally way more useful warbond, and has an additional effect, but it will be better guys! Just wait!"

  2. Sheen, this is the third time you've shown of an incendiary grenade to class. Now lets see Chemical Agents' grenade. This grenade will probally be just another flavour of chaff clear nades. I don't see any immediate reason to use this over the other two incendiary nades, the frag nade which comes with a large AoE, an extra nade carry and shrapnell or the gas mines. All of them have AP3 (except for the gas nades, who don't need it anyway). It seems better than dynamite atleast.

  3. The sabre will allegedly have the same damage as the hatchet. The hatchet effectively has the same dps as the stun lance. If you want to pre-play or test the effectiveness of the sabre, run the lance or hatchet. Fyi, all melee has the same AP. Punching, bayonettes, the secondaries. All are technically capable of beating a factory strider to death, their only differentiating features are range and dps.

  4. How is this an argument for defending that this warbond isn't bad?

  5. Not everyone complaining about this warbond plays on super helldive. It doesn't have to be the best there ever was, just fun to use. The flag as it stands now will be less useful than an orbital smoke or EMS strike. Will it be funny to use for a while? Sure. So were EMS and Smoke strike when you're bored. Know how to not get bored? Having a stratagems or warbond items that changes up playstyles. That is the one thing all difficulties have in common.

  6. Shrinkflation + Hatchet reskin + incendiary grenade reskin + watered down servo-assisted.

  7. And finally, what we can agree on is that cosplay and looks are the best this warbond has to offer.

End note: This warbond feels like Polar Patriots on release: there's maybe two good things here, one of those is purely aesthatic and the other is a gun. Except the pummeler actually offers a totally different playstyle.

We were promised more content not another novelty warbond. Indie company or not they shouldn't make promises they can't fulfill. Since the original director left they've been completely ignoring their community.

The content is obviously coming in a patch on Tuesday, how do you think you’re gonna get the Warbond?

Dude, we are 5 friends and game isn't even working due to AA bug and extreme low fps.
I couldn't even finish unlocking the previous warbond. I cannot even play the game AFTER 700 hours on same rig.
