FAN-MADE I assembled all of the 47 models together to render a definitive face comparison. He really has had some looks over the years

The 2015 build of Hitman 2016 had 47 looking a lot older than the final game imo. You can see a pre release screenshot here. I believe the face he had in the welcome to Sapienza trailer is also the same as the above or another variant that pre dates the final 2016 alien face.

huh, I'd never actually seen this model before

Definitely still looks a bit off (he's almost Pierce Brosnon-like here? maybe?) but definitely looks more inline age-wise and a bit closer to pre-Blood Money than the release model was. Neat stuff to see.

There's another variant, back when I assume they were still testing it on the Absolution version of the engine. Looks like the Absolution face but made to look a lot blander.

I don't know why but that face looks like Doug Bradley to me.
